What's your secret to a productive day?

I don't have any "secrets", but here are a few things that help me have a productive day:
1. Getting enough sleep.
2. Cold glass a water first thing in the morning.
3. Waiting 90 minutes for coffee.
4. Not working more than 4-5 hours at a time. 3x a day
5. Taking breaks every hour or so.
6. Making sure my workspace is comfortable and organized.
7. I work on a computer all day so I follow the 20/20/20 rule to avoid headaches. Every 20 minutes stare at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
That's pretty much it for me.
What are some things you do to ensure a productive day?

@pankti_shah_910 I'll have to research alkaline water. I collect rainwater for everything. Might be bad for me.
1. Getting enough sleep - totally agree with that!
2. Having two lites of water and a glass so I could remember about hydrating myself.
3. Eating big, tasty breakfast without any distractions.
4. Creating a working schedule that include short and long breakes.
5. Taking a shower in the middle of my working day!
6. Having clean desk/room.
However, I like experimenting and constantly searching for new ways of making my day even more productive! 🙌
