Product tours are a great starting point. However, giving a personalized experience and ensuring users get to the Aha Moment as quickly as possible is the key!

Gamification! Make the onboarding fun and engaging. And be creative about it. Gamification creates a more engaging onboarding, and a more engaging onboarding allows users to understand your product faster and better. A lot of times products just "stick" in my mind exactly because I found the onboarding very creative and engaging. :)

Creating content around your product to educate your users is a non negotiable. This could be in the form of demos, webinars, FAQ sections, and feedback sessions with you users.

A few: - Product tours - offering in-product help in the context of the action the user is performing. - Videos - loom videos have been found to be very effective for our platform; easy to record, anyone can do it, bite-sized and can be focused on very specific friction points. - Email campaigns - broader and more generic but nonetheless an effective method for sharing information that's broadly applicable. - Human support - whether this is via a live chat, or through booking onboarding calls with customers, this still continues to be a highly effective tactic in getting users unstuck.

One of the most important strategies for product onboarding as a product manager is to create a seamless and user-friendly onboarding experience. This can be achieved by clearly communicating the value of the product to new users, providing clear and concise instructions on how to use the product, and offering resources such as tutorials, FAQs, and support forums to help users get the most out of the product. Additionally, gathering feedback from users during the onboarding process can help to identify any pain points or areas for improvement.

Build content and UI/UX that's super strong. I have found that most enterprise software isn't intuitive, and product-led marketing needs to solve that with lightweight content that helps people do more with the product. Also, knowing the inflection point post in which one person is a hot prospect is critical because your marketing would lead there and hold hands throughout the way. Another strategy that I recommend is seamless buying. If I am waiting for to buy your product, I'm probably not buying

@uttiya_roy Awesome. Is there a way to figure out the inflection point?

@gauravgoyal_gg Comes with experience, but, building tracking into user journeys is the first, rather obvious step. Once you know the last ley activity that pushes them towards purchase you know how to push your marketing efforts

use it effectively. However, some common strategies that companies may use for product onboarding include: Providing a tutorial or step-by-step guide: This can help new users understand the basic features and functionality of the product. Offering a free trial or demo: This allows users to experience the product for themselves before committing to a purchase. Creating a user-friendly interface: A simple and intuitive design can make the onboarding process easier for new users. Creating a help center or knowledge base: This provides users with resources and support to help them learn how to use the product. Providing onboarding support: This could be live chat, email, or phone support to help users during the onboarding process. Personalization: Offering personalized onboarding experience based on user's needs, goals or preferences. Gamification: Using game-like elements to make the onboarding process more engaging and fun. Personalized engagement: Following up with users after they have completed the onboarding process to ensure they are getting the most out of the product and to address any issues they may have. These are just a few examples of strategies that can be used for product onboarding, and the right approach will depend on the product and the target audience.
