  • What tool do you use for customer onboarding?

As soon as the sales process is done, we're jumping on a call with our customers to onboard them and set some goals. However, it is hard to keep track of every customer, their goals, and where they are on the road to being successful with using Storylane. We're thinking of using Rocketlane (https://www.producthunt.com/products/rocketlane#rocketlane) for this. Any other suggestions?

What are your thoughts on building a digital onboarding tool using a low code/no code tool? If you are interested then I will suggest you to check out DronaHQ (https://www.dronahq.com/). We are building cmdk to enhance onboarding experience of new users, and to help your existing users introduced to new features without any redirections but from a single command window for all your features. Would you be interested in checking it out?

@sanjay_somashekar sure. What's your website? cmdk.ai doesn't seem to work for me.

We really like Helppier. Very feature rich and the most economical option.

Have tried using Rocketlane, this certainly helps - but there was a problem of we pushing the users to engage. We ended up building an internal tool for this.

@neeraj_kumar_n that's actually what I anticipated as well. Ideally, we'd have this within Storylane, but it will take some time to build this and was trying to experience with a tool in the meantime. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi, most of our wireless internet Cape Town customers are long-term. Therefore, we often create Whatsapp groups to keeping them in contact.

Intercom. Very powerful with their product tours, in-app messaging, knowledge base for your help articles, ability to send emails too based on event triggers. Lots of features, not cheap but they have a sweet deal for early start ups who haven't got funding as yet. It will take time to get familiar with using all their features but if you can afford the time and the cost, it's a great tool to use.
