What tools/apps do you use to track your stock portfolio?

As a retail investor, I'm interesting in growing my portfolio. I use yahoo finance, subscribe to the companies on LinkedIn, read their financial reports etc. All of that in different sources. Where do you keep an eye on your portfolio companies progress?
