What tools do you use for cold outreach automation, and what would you like to change or add to them

I just spent a few days last month researching different tools and testing free trials. It would be great if more tools had the ability to customize the first email to each recipient in a campaign. There are a couple services I found that do this, but the UX isn’t very intuitive.
