What was the biggest lesson you learned in 2022?

A couple of mine were: Choose great people to surround yourself with. One toxic person can disrupt and entire team. So, be careful who you let into the fold. Persistence is your best friend. Nothing ever goes to plan, but keep going anyway. There is always more than one way to do things, so choose the one that is efficient and works. To achieve great things, you need a plan and not quite enough time!
