    What works best for you: working from home, the office or hybrid?

    Personally, I don't like working from home and prefer going to the office because I'm more productive then. What do you prefer, and why?

    I prefer WFH. Office is too distracting for me and makes me less productive.

    I would love hybrid; Only issue is my most consistent employer is on the other side of the country, and I don't like where I live at all.

    I prefer to work from home but I appreciate the fact we have an office and I do go there occasionally
