How do you manage to start the new technology, Is there any best practices or any smooth way to learn the new technology?

I'm 2 years into app development. I feel like I just barely got the hang of UIKit and now I'm trying to learn SwiftUI. My biggest challenge is getting discouraged by how much I don't know, so I learned that the best thing I can do for myself is trust that if I put in the effort my brain is making connections and I will slowly but surely pick it up!

For me, in the beginning, I think it is how to start because there are so many professional terms not easy to understand and use. 
Then when I know the basic knowledge, I don't know how to use it freely.

@aza_ahmed 100% true, I have worked on many web app and most of the time people doesn't like the modern and complex UI. UI matters for any kinda app to make simple and easy interaction for the user
