Howdy 🤠,
Swimming is what works best for me. Once you get into your "zone" and you start feeling the water, the brain cells connect better after each breathing 🏊🏼♂️

mostly early morning when everything is quiet. then when i was showering and exercising.

The morning! Or at night around 7-9 p.m. somewhere outside of my house, so like a coffee shop.
probably everytime .
It's time to use earplugs to escape from noisy sounds.
Probably when I'm in the shower or at the gym. Any time I have period of time alone to myself.
