When you're reviewing someone else's product, what's the most common opening phrase you use?

Mostly what I liked about the product — usually it’s about the differentiation, what really impressed me. P.S. and “congrats” too 😂

Something positive (but yes most likely congrats on launching or I really like xyz) because I want them to know that I firstly recognize the hard work that’s gone into it. So, I’ll open with whatever I liked the most and then go into any other feedback I want to give!

"Hey great work on the product launch. I signed up and gave it a spin..."
