Where did you find your freelance marketing talent?

Hi everyone. My name is K. Leigh. I used to be on the other side of the aisle as a freelance tech-creative, but now I'm doing anime-inspired cyberpunk books with big themes. A shift, but it's a mission (you know how it goes.) Anyways, I've been having a hard time finding marketing professionals in certain disciplines to fill some gaps. Have a great budget, just think maybe my background in the field is getting in the way. Like all founders, I have to be able to fire myself to scale and also not burn my braincells. Unlike all founders, this was my career, so it's hard to let go. You know? So, the ask here for founders who've seen solid results...where did you find your freelance marketing talent? Do you have a favorite site that isn't fiverr or upwork? Any hidden gem agencies, trusted pros, anything like this? TYSM in advance.
