Where did you look to build your founding team quickly?

Networking events and LinkedIn for the basics. But for real connections, tapping into personal networks and asking for referrals works like a charm.

I'd say LinkedIn or personal connections. I think it also depends wha you're looking for and what you're willing to pay / give up for that talent.
