    I lead the Growth team over at attio.com. We know the power that a great marketing site has in determining the successful acquisition and activation of new customers. To make our site as world-class as our product, we want to hire a Design Engineer - someone who is passionate about building beautiful and performant websites. Does anyone have any communities or people they would recommend to help us grow our network and take attio.com to the next level?

    From what I’ve seen, there probably “open to new opportunities” on LinkedIn at a medium to large size growth company that has reached a plateau. Since you can filter for these types of attributes, you could find the candidates that are more actively posting, while at the same time, determining whether there might be a culture fit.
