Hi all, We're a small team building for AI translation tool specialized for stories. I have to say that finding the beta users is Farrr more harder than we expected. Hope to hear your voices and advices on how to find the first matching beta users? By which channels or methods? I've tried Reddit, and I have to say it's quite useful but the users here are quite fragmented and the subreddit rules are strict lol.. btw for those who are writers and wanna translate and share globally, please please please leave your cmmts below!!!

Hi Jessie, when you say beta users, I assume you mean testers/free users to validate your proof of concept. Please correct me if I am wrong. If that's the case then find out a few prospective users from your own network (on LinkedIn), and communities (LinkedIn, Reddit, private groups on WhatsApp). Pitch them your product and ask them if they are willing to do a free trial. I have signed up for beta tests of 3 different products from Reddit and Product Hunt since Tuesday. You can put your product on any of these sub-reddits without getting flagged/banned: https://www.reddit.com/r/SidePro...

I found my beta users in my own network (LinkedIn) and by cold e-mailing my prospect list.
