Lately, I've been confronted more and more often with live workshops with multiple participants. In the workshops we conceptualize and develop software solutions with nocode. More and more often we have to exchange different documents or data when we are in the group work. I to the workshop team or even the teams among themselves. I would like to have a tool here that works without much registration for my participants. Does anyone have something?

Part of the team for this platform so slightly biased but Rock (https://rock.so/) can be a great solution for this. You can integrate Google Drive, Dropbox or Onedrive to spaces and combine chat + task management. You can create unlimited spaces and invite anyone to join you for free. Always welcome to connect with me if you have any questions!

Mostly use Google meet. It might be simple and lacking many features, but it's free and easy to use. Nobody needs an account either so it frees clients from having to download the software on there end. I think you use Google meet until you have a large enough flow of customers to hit the limit, then you can upgrade to a paid version.
