Which onboarding process do you find most helpful?

I would say that having an interactive product walkthrough is nice, but sometimes I skip it and opt for step-by-step tutorials instead. They are easier to return to whenever you need them, allowing you to search for specific answers to your questions without having to sit through irrelevant information like in video guides. And an email series might just easily get lost among all the other emails.

It definitely depends on the product for me, but I would say step-by-step is easy to navigate and skip over some parts when needed.
