Which payment provider do you prefer Razorpay or Stripe?

I will be adding payment gateway to my product and want to know what people trust and prefer to use in different countries. Razorpay allows UPI in India which is big plus. But I have heard a lot about Stripe from techtubers and it is maybe preferred outside India.
