    PollPopup.com is a free user feedback collection tool. Canny.io is a paid user feedback collection tool.

    @fredotan you can make custom actions. If you are a developer you can trigger event in your app to make custom event for that

    I use Mixpanel to track user behaviors and collect feedback. It's great for seeing how users interact with specific features. Hotjar is also good for heatmaps and session recordings to identify UX issues. Has anyone tried other tools they would recommend?
