    Team Work. If you're recruiting, 90% of the job is just that - Getting the right people. From then on: Clear communication, clear deadlines and, above all, be intentional about keeping a good vibe. It took me years to learn the importance of that last one.
    Working with a team has opened up more opportunities for creative problem-solving and innovation. So usually I prefer a collaborative work style, which has helped me learn from others and improve my skills.
