Who are Hunters in ProductHunt?

Hi everyone, I was talking to some ProductHunt experts on LinkedIn yesterday. He provided some good tips on my product page and mentioned about Hunters - people on ProductHunt who helps makers promote their products. How can I connect with some free/paid hunters? Is there any way to see all Hunters on ProductHunt? I will be launching soon and curious to know more about what kind of help they can provide. Have you used hunter to promote your launch? Did it worked?

Hunters: This is more of an unwritten definition: It is someone who can expose your products to more eye-balls on the platform. Usually, someone who is active or quite well-known on the platform/popular/recognised and has a high follower count or has a high number of "launched products." Some people have it written in bio (profile), or you can try to reach out to Hunters from previous launches. OR You can be also a Hunter when you decide to do that. It is not necessary to have some authority. All in all, everything depends on how good your product is and how strong is your marketing.

There are definitely some influential 'power hunters' on ProductHunt who tend to surface and promote a lot of the top products. Some of them may receive referral fees or affiliate commissions for products they hunt, though I'm not sure if ProductHunt directly pays any hunters. Would be curious to know more about how it works behind the scenes!
