Most haven't found their target users, some are too presumptuous.
I agree many SaaS companies struggle because they focus on features instead of showing how their product solves user problems. Clear messaging and good onboarding can make a big difference.
In my experience with Sandwich Sack Creations, we’ve seen how important it is to communicate value clearly to connect with customers. SaaS companies can benefit from doing the same.
