In 2025 and beyond, the job market is rapidly evolving with more emphasis on multi-skilled professionals. According to several thought leaders and organizations (like the World Economic Forum), the demand for professionals who possess both specialized knowledge and generalized skills across different areas is increasing. The concept that having expertise in just one field may no longer be enough in 2025 aligns with the ongoing trends in the global job market. What are your thoughts?

When you have more skills and when you know how to link the knowledge you have, you have more possibilities in many ways. That's why I prefer a generalistic approach.

You get better quality output if you have multiple different ways of looking at things, and you can combine perspectives and ways of thinking. I think a multi-disciplinary approach to anything in life is usually the best way to get great outcomes. I think with the rapid growth of AI, a lot of skills can be supplemented now and your depth of knowledge about that topic doesn't need to be as comprehensive.
