Why makers does not offer some incentive to people whom they approch for like/review?

I have seen many founders connect and reach out to me to seek support for their launches. However, I have seen that none of them offer any goodies/special facilities for us to check out their product beforehand. I feel if they provide demo/login/limited time access to their product, it would help us submit realistic and better reviews for their product. What do you think?
