@janak_patel56 Maybe, I think so. The ability to create personalized high CTR creatives is unmatched in GenAI. In some time rather than personalizing Ads for a demographic, they will be doing it for and individual. The creatives will feature the items that is specific to that person's life to keep them engaged.

@janak_patel56 True! Even though human content usually performs better, with the amount of volume that AI can produce, AI has a better net performance.

If that happens, then digital marketing will quickly lose all it's value as people learn to recognise generated marketing and ignore it.

@zaryat The question then is, who learns faster? Humans or AI?

@maurizioisendoorn Evidence so far suggests AI is faster, but the speed of learning is inconsistent, it learns in fits and starts and with a human guiding hand. Humans are much slower but more consistent. I suppose the question is if AI gets stuck on a plateau where it is still giving off ‘uncanny’ vibes, then humans will catch on to that. Not to mention recognising ‘AI impersonation’ is going to be/already is a viable industry.

It is highly unlikely that AI will replace marketers themselves. Why, Marketing is all about creativity, empathy, and understanding human behavior. Successful marketing needs originality and a creative spark only humans can possess.
