If you have a family and kids, WFH can really be a savior. But if not, it can feel pretty boring too. It all depends on your personal circumstances

I have worked from home since 2003. I couldn't imagine going into an office daily. However, a hybrid model appeals to me, just to get out of my pajama pants, and into jeans

For me it's completely remote work, I don't like routine and I like to discover new places to work in the city where I am at the moment. And you can always meet new people and find new opportunities.
But I know some people who feel more stable when they go to an office and are surrounded by familiar people.
Flexibility - the ability to choose home or office as one wants - gives the advantages of both and is better than strictly hybrid.
I love working at home, but I am a cka

Hybrid wins - office for collab days, home for deep work, best of both worlds.
Hybrid, 3 with 2, works really well for our team.

Working from home gives you full flexibility to work comfortably, which I'd argue is one of the most important aspects of guaranteeing high quality work is done. You also have more time for non-work stuff which enables you to have a healthier work life balance. That alone will help prevent resentment from building towards your workplace and/or peers.

Working from home, as I'm about to become a mom—possibly within the next two weeks? I'm expecting not just one adorable real baby, but also the upcoming launch of my product:https://www.producthunt.com/prod...
I prefer work from home in my comfort zone :)
Team Remote because of Freedom!
I love working from home but I go to the office somedays :)
I prefer a hybrid model - 2-3 days WFH and the rest in office. WFH gives flexibility for family time and focused deep work, while being in office keeps me connected, collaborative, and energized by the team. The right balance depends on your role, company culture, and home situation. Having both options is ideal IMO.
I prefer work from home for flexibility
I prefer Office because I want a environment to work 😶
Hybrid work has a great balance. It gives you the freedom to work from home when you need to focus or manage personal commitments. At the same time, having designated days in the office allows for face-to-face communication, which can enhance team dynamics and productivity.
I lean more towards working remotely because it gives me flexibility and helps me focus, but I also love the benefits of hybrid. Having the option to go into the office occasionally is great for collaboration and keeping that team energy alive. It’s the best of both worlds! 🌟
I love to work in office, I love the energy and collaboration of working in office 🥰
I live alone so I prefer to go to office> i love working environment, meeting with collegues, attending office meetigs
