I know this is a heavy topic, however a very important one. The uncertainty, workload and stress takes its toll. If you want to share, what do you struggle with the most? For me, it is definitely stress and anxiety. Sometimes it hits when seeing what a ton of "heavy lifting" there still is to do, the other time when working on economics of the whole project. This is also the reason why we are now working on interactive mental health platform with clinical psychologists that will be your companion on your journey ❤️

Thank you for initiating such an important conversation about the intersection of work and mental health. It's a topic that often gets overlooked despite its significant impact on our well-being. Your openness about struggling with stress and anxiety resonates deeply with many of us. The constant pressure to perform, coupled with the uncertainty and workload, can indeed take a toll on our mental health. It's reassuring to know that we're not alone in navigating these challenges. The initiative to develop an interactive mental health platform with clinical psychologists sounds incredibly promising. Having a supportive companion on our journey towards better mental health can make all the difference. Your dedication to addressing this need is commendable.
