If you had the oprtion between purchasing an item you want from a local shop/charity or a big corporation like Amazon who would you choose?

But for unique products or when I want to support local businesses, SMEs win. Plus, with SMEs, I feel like I'm contributing to the community and getting a more personalized touch.
