Hi @datarade! The most common reasons customers come to us are to help with state registrations, vendor payments, or contract management.
But most often, clients feel they can sleep better at night knowing that we can a) diagnose things that are going well or need fixing, and b) provide expertise that's tailored to their situation with our seasoned Operations Partners.
Since you've been a founder before, which administrative tasks have you found most painful?
To summarize why we created AbstractOps: make entrepreneurship accessible to anyone.
The more successful entrepreneurs in the world, the better our world. Nobody starts a company being passionate or even interested in the admin side of business building (except the AbstractOps team!). Founders start because they are passionate about fixing a problem - for using tech all the way to fixing a bike or starting a bakery.
Without years of training or experience, there is no easy, low-cost way to manage your HR, finance, legal and regulatory/compliance. AbstractOps is here to take this off your plate giving you better than world-class back-office admin.
Why better than world-class? Simple: the largest companies in the world solve this with people. They push "paper" (aka emails) around and manually enter information into spreadsheets. Terrible.
We've built a better way.

We're incredibly excited to unveil AbstractOps: the Scaling System for Companies. We unify data & workflows across Legal, HR, Finance, and Compliance, so that founders and execs focus on what matters: product & customers.
Startup creation & funding has exploded; but admin complexity due to remote-first, and the number of SaaS tools to manage it all has *also* exploded. Simple tasks require several dozen software tools, service providers, and government agencies... virtually none of which talk to each other.
After 18 months of development in a private beta, and loads of iteration, we're launching AbstractOps today as the OS for Scaling your Company:

We've struck a nerve & feel fortunate to feel awash in customer love. Elite startups like On Deck, Commsor, Maven, Primer, and Mem are customers. Customers call us a "walking cheat code," report that we "save hundreds of hours a year," that they'd be "lost without [AO]".
We've had a long waitlist for a while, but rather than scale before we're ready, we've been waiting to launch a product we're proud of: a Minimum Lovable Product, not a Minimum Viable Product.
It's early days, but our mission is unwavering. We help founders / executives understand your company as you scale, without fear of unforced errors. We help HR, legal, finance drive culture, planning, risk, strategy... not hours on state filings or a due diligence checklist.
