Terrible customer service, and using Deel is a nightmare.
One of my payments became stuck, and I've been following Deel for the last six months, but they're still asking the same query that they've been asking for the previous six months instead of resolving the issue. I've spoken with over 20 customer service executives about the same issue from the beginning; they don't even have the data to know about the current problem.
They prefer not to work on it rather than waste our time.
My worst experience with Deel was that I wasted my time describing the same problem 100 times in separate tickets and emails. My firm is likewise pursuing them to address the situation.
I've never had a bad or poor customer experience from any company except Deel.
