How does it compete with OpenAI or other AI tools. Like is there any thing unique or fine tuned >?
@haseeb This uses OpenAI. There are quite a bit of unique pieces in between however.
Wow! This product is amazing! As a small business owner, it's a no-brainer for me. I have to deal with contracts on a daily basis and being able to quickly analyze them in an affordable manner feels like having a superpower. If this is just version one, I can't wait to see how much better it can get!
This sounds great guys, I've actually used some of the openly available AI chat bots to analyse contracts before and it worked ok, but felt like it could be a bit better.
Could you share how this works behind the scenes? Are you just providing smart prompts to an existing AI model, based on what the user has told you, or have you actually fine-tuned a model to be a better legal counsel?
This is one of the best uses of AI I’ve seen so far. The kind of tool you don’t think you need… until you do. And then you REALLY do. Contracts and legal language are completely inaccessible to the average person, yet we’re expected to sign them on all the time! This is a no brainer for any small business who can’t afford a legal team.

This is really clever use of AI. I especially like the idea of using it for fairness/party bias, that makes a lot of sense!
@alxgrepe It's a lot of fun to see what it pulls out in that section alone. While scenarios is useful to see how things impact you, making sure that various clauses aren't subtly unfair is something that was a happy surprise during development.
@zach_stevens1 Thanks Zach! Can you imagine having to read a 70 page contract without having your eyes cross? This should help a ton.
