We have been using Bugasura Widget for a week now and we are able to track bugs of customers live and make sure the bugs are fixed. Not only are customers happy that we are allowing them to track their issues we are also able to make our product better. I am excited to see whats next in Bugasura.

Real time reporting with Chrome and screen recording is a great way to get fast feedback. Not only does it result in an efficient workflow it also creates an issue in the app, this is amazing ! It's a win-win for both the Developers and the Testers.
