I have been using eightsleep pod for about 2 years now. It has been pretty amazing so far! The app was quite lacking at the time but it has seen a lot of good movement. The stats weren't necessarily the most accurate previously, however it has gotten better with use. The real gem has been the mattress though. The mattress is probably one of the best that I've ever slept on. Totally worth however much they're asking for. Also, I've reached out to their support team regarding a replacement about a year in and can really say their support team is amazing. My issue got resolved within the day and they expedited me the replacement I needed.
@kraize I'm exactly where you are. Love the Eight Pod and you'd literally have to rip it out of my hands to get me to use any other mattress. Had a leaking issue a while ago and the support team was amazing in getting an entirely new mattress to me in days.
Also have felt the app was lacking in the past without predictive real time adjustments to temp and so excited for the new OS. Updated the app last night but still seems to be manual setting- will try again tonight. Go eight team!
