Our mobile app allows you to connect your wearables and data from Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, Garmin, Eight Sleep, Levels CGM, Fitbit, Polar, Withings, 23andme, and more. Your coach will be available continuously on the in-app chat get access to your raw data on their platform and prioritize the metrics you can improve to reach your first goal. Based on our database of scientific evidence, they will generate and validate simple recommendations which we call experiments.
