We are huge fans of Kona at Aircall and it's been a critical piece of growing a happy and high-functioning team nearly 3x over the last 18 months with everyone remote. As we prepare to come back to the office as a hybrid team Kona is going to remain an integral part of our team's operating system to ensure team wellness & happiness, cohesion, and communication with part of the team in-office and part of team full remote.

This team is amazing and are just continually pumping out amazing features that are saving people’s sanity at work. It’s the little things like mood and burnout that get overlooked and can turn a happy employee into an ex employee when ignored.
