Front is a great tool and allows you to manage your Google play store reviews as if it was an email.

You are able to use all the great features of Front with it.

Looks cool. I see you guys using Intercom too, aren't you a competing product? Among other things, we also use Intercom to manage a shared inbox, do you have the Intercom live chat integrated with the inbox at Front app?
