At Front we’re on a mission to change how companies communicate with the external world. Since Twitter has released new features for businesses to interact with their customers, we’ve integrated Twitter DMs, mentions and searches into Front! We’d love to get feedback and I’m happy to answer any questions that you have! Thank you :)
@bentossell hey Ben! we also integrate with Facebook Messenger, email or SMS so you can get all your customer interactions in one place. Respond is Twitter only.
@collinmathilde cool got it.
Is this moving more into competing with Hootsuite and Sprinklr then? (Which are obviously V expensive and usually for bigger teams)
@collinmathilde@bentossell Heya Ben and Mathilde 👋 Great to see the discussion here and excited for Front! One tiny point of clarification – Respond now supports Twitter and Facebook with more channels coming soon.
Keep up the great work!
You had me at SMS based customer support 😬
At Geekhut we've been using Dialpad for that, but it wasn't cutting it. So we've developed an in-house SMS support platform that's Twilio based as well. If Front is reliable and sustained we'll make the switch and focus on other things instead.
I had absolutely no idea that my tweet was going to be saved and used for Product Hunt, so if you can't tell by now, I LOVE Front and especially the Twitter inbox. I use many different tools throughout the day to manage my social media and Front is by far my favorite for engagement. I never miss a single tweet or DM thanks to Front! Thanks, @collinmathilde!
