It was pretty nerve-racking to watch the clock until the launch second and getting in the first comments, but hey, i'm still standing and everything is fine! So my biggest learning this week: just chill, everything will work out and there are many amazing people who genuinely want to support you on your journey.❤️

I want to say absolutely yes, we have rallies in the company where we look at the work we have done and coordinate for the coming week. Everyone is happy with their results and this is a joy for me.

Yes, this week I planned a five-day fast and I did it, fasting helped me because it cleansed my body of toxins, I became calmer, and I also found information on the Internet ( https://betterme.world/articles/... ) that it lowers blood pressure, but it is worth consulting with your doctor before whether it will be useful for you

First upvote and first comment. --- I got to MOST of everything I had hoped to get accomplished this week, but I'm starting to feel the time crunch coming up to my release date. I KNOW I'm going to make it, but sticking to my timeline is making for some long nights.
