Hey Product hunters and thanks @benln for helping us out.
I am super happy to introduce you to Giv 🎁! Giv is the easiest way to make giveaways on Snapchat and Instagram stories. While working on Lifeslice and seeing our Snapchat account growing, we realized that there we could engage with our followers in other interesting ways.
We love giving swag away and decided to build a small tool that could leverage stories to reward our users…and Giv came to life!🎁🎁
Creating a Giv is simple:
- Start a Giv and select a prize
- Attach your link to your story!
- ???
- Profit! 💸🤑

As of now, we are not really looking into monetasing Giv, we built it to engage further with our own followers and we figured we’d share it!

@thestephen When you create a new Giv you get a link that you can send to anyone! Just works best linking to a snap/story.

This looks fun. Love the branding and all but I'd love to see some visuals (even an animated gif) on the site to give me more information about how it works and make me want to register. Right now, there is NO info and i'm not a fan of that. Like i said, this sounds cool but i don't know what i'm getting myself in for. Good luck!

Love the idea and idea of using Snapchat to interact with people in "non-Snapchat" ways like how the Whale team are doing with Polly now.
Very interested in using this as I'm looking to set up some giveaways - today in fact - but would be good to be able to upload images, link to products that you're giving away and if possible in the future allow for increased giveaway entries if they add multiple "signups" like Liking your Facebook page, Following on IG, Adding on Snap etc etc - currently I've only seen Gleam do this but their interface hasn't improved in years and the design and social focus of this makes it way more appealing to me!

Sounds great! Having issues registering though, denies my info without providing an error message. What am I missing?

As to your problem, there can be several ways causing it:
1. Username/Email already exists/not valid.
2. Password and repeated password doesn't match.

@mugecvk As of now, only verified accounts can add links to their stories. We hope that changes! Some people have attached their giv link to their profile or post.
Simple and easy to use with a beautiful UI and great mobile compatibility. Good job!
