I've been waiting for access to this for awhile. Haven't been happy with any customer chat tools yet after trying firehose (app was totally broken), Zopim, and Olark. I guess we're an outlier in terms of being a consumer-facing company who likes to chat with users but here we are ;)
So far has been a great product, and opportunity for us to connect with our prospective clients in a deeper way. Planning to roll it out for our account management and support soon.
As for the product - Easy to use, great mobile capabilities, and a MUCH cleaner and visually appealing UI than any of the other website chat software systems we looked at. Definitely a step ahead.

@shalin10 Also really interested to compare how this stacks up against someone like LiveChat the main problem being the time delays for page load speed caused by calling an external service
@alistaircoggins Well, HappyFox Chat is capable of delivering chat messages really fast (under 150ms). Also, the widget is lightweight. You should try it and let us know how it works out.
@alistaircoggins Absolutely. We are working on Salesforce integration. By the way, you can vote for integrations right within the app - so we exactly know which ones to build next.
Was keeping an eye on my own companies post and saw you guys. Was wondering how the product integrates with Shopify? We can hard code it in if necessary, just wondering if there were any major issues. Not a big fan of the chat system we're on now.
@jmfayal oh! What do you use right now? Our Shopify integration is pretty neat. We ran it through a lot Shopify consultants and got raving feedback. Integration is functional and well tested. You can actually see the integration in action on our homepage under the section: "Bring your apps to every chat.". I can also add media on this page.
@shalin10 We're on Lucky Orange right now. It's a good all around tool, with some great features, but it's definitely not best of class for chat. I've seen a lot of people switching over to intercom and I used to be on Olark, which was alright.
@jmfayal Nobody really offers the integration with Shopify the way we do. Our product roadmap is completely built around integrations. Without context, Chat can be so unfulfilling for the customer.
@shalin10 I created an account, before knowing about another shopify integration. Should I just add the code, or is there another system I should go through for shopify? I might try something unprecedented and switch chat systems in the middle of a product hunt feature. Wish me luck : )

@indymike We don't have it now. But we select which app to integrate with in a democratic way. i.e we let users vote for apps they want integrated right from the app,. You might wanna add it to the list as well. :)

This seems to offer an excellent solution. However, the Slack integration does not work as described, and has not been updated for almost 6 months despite the comments. Any chance it gets fixed? I really think this is a good product, and for us that detail would make it excellent :)
@vitorspencer Slack integration does the job of notifying you about: new chat requests, who picks up the chat and when the chat ends with a link to view the conversation. You can't chat using the slack interface with the visitor. Please email us at support [at] happyfoxchat.com if you can't get slack working - we'll help you out for sure. PS: I don't see any comment on this forum about our Slack integration.
@shalin10 Thanks for the reply! Although I still love your tool, unfortunately we went a different direction.
We Had some issues with the plugin display on mobile devices, but your excellent support team had a look and fixed it (it was due to other CSS in our website).
But the Slack integration was not consistent in fact, the comments I mentioned are within the internal Apps reviews https://happyfoxchat.com/a/apps/... . They regard only some notifications working, not all as described in the App integration description.
All in all I still recommend HappyFoxChat to everyone! Great job.

Great stuff guys. I got a demo from Mani and Shalin and I really like the attention to the Shopify integration and how the customer data appears in the dashboard for agents to quick view without toggling around. There are a few key things to work on like the mobile app and added visitor info, but we're happy to be on board with you guys through your beta.
Just installed on a SquareSpace retail site (www.treadfastfit.com). Took 1m and I was up and running - @manikarthik you weren't lying. Fav part is the beautiful chat transcript you get emailed after ending a convo. Very promising so far!
