I have been testing Illustrio for few months already, and I am really happy with it.
I have used it to give nice touch to my slides with icons that fit my brand's colors
Really recommend giving it a try, if you are consuming a lot of icons/illustration on your site or on slides.
Hello Hunters,
Really excited to share illustrio with the Product Hunt community!
This app is super useful if you want to customize charts or icons for your content. Love the fact that you can create a color scheme out of any logo by simply typing in the company name!
Pretty innovative :-)
Hello everyone,
Thank you @alexd !
Our mission is to allow anyone to get the right graphical elements for their slides, newsletters or online projects.
We offer a wide range of illustrations, infographic elements and other useful visuals. Customize them online in a couple clicks: apply your logo colors, change chart values or edit text. I hope you find it easy to use.
Please tell us what you think so we can keep improving!
Cheers,
Seb
@alexd Wow, this actually blew me away. As a marketer / brand / creative I was pleasantly surprised that even startup logos showed up for easy color matching. I did however find that the background of my logo was black (supposed to be transparent). Also is there a way of changing the order of the two colors? All in all simple easy and beautiful!
@nadia_yun@alexd Two great points you just made Nadia, thanks. It is possible to swap colors of a graphic on an individual basis (by clicking on "swap colors"), but not globally yet. This will be added very soon though. We use Clearbit's API for their logos and rely on their database. Not perfect but people are usually positively surprised!
@AlexD - Great Hunt! --- @sebdursel Amazing execution on the product! There are a lot of design tools, but this is now at the top of my list! Best wishes to your success!
Wonderful Product! Love it :) I am not able to buy extra credits though. Seems like there's a glitch or it could be a case of server over load since too many people might be trying to use up their free credits.
@karthik2502 You were right. We're suffering from overload right now. We're 100% dedicated to working on this right now. Should work again pretty soon.
Just signed up and in the space of 4 mins i have selected 3 icons, customised the colour scheme and updated my homepage! Looking great! http://www.designio.tech/ cheers @alexd
This is a really nice tool that can be used like a swiss army knife. You can improve content, marketing, presentations and much more. And It's easy to use for non-designers.
Love this amazing product for all your presentations and especially the fact that you can customize it with your own scheme color! Very useful when you want to stick to your company colors.
This is incredible. This is the kind of product that makes me want to find a reason to use it. Really digging the UX and the seemingly infinite options.
One thing I noticed was part of the license of a lot of these graphics state - "NOT OK As part of a logo". Frankly, some of these could make for a great logo, atleast to me. Any plans to add "Logos" to the mix?
@sarthakgrover Interesting feedback thanks. Logos are usually trademarked & need to have some "uniqueness" to them. Using icons you find on the Internet to make logos is generally not a good practice. But we'll look into further to see if anything can be done there.
@sebdursel That's where I am hoping for this product to shine, give that uniqueness, you already have a great framework and UI. Logos maybe niche but could be a great value add. I actually had explored a few services which let you customize and build a logo but they mostly suffered clunky UI's. Goodluck!
Besides upping the awesomeness of your company/startup's look, this is an incredible tool for product testing! I make a lot of prototypes, and that extra bit of easy branding helps users focus on the important stuff, rather than the roughness/ugliness of the prototype. Amazing!
This is Product Hunt at its best. Finding products you immediately want to share with anyone and get the bragging rights of having "discovered" them.
@sebdursel, I can only say congrats. You have solved a problem I -and million others- have in an elegant way. May you be as successful as you deserve. Way to go.
