Tried it out this morning, I love having social apps blocked! Also really pleased to say I use Apollo for Reddit and it STILL blocked it, so using a client won't fool Opal!

Love Opal! Drastically reduces my screen time whenever I want to. And more than that, the philosophy of being intentional with how I spend my time is something I've used in other ways since I started using Opal.

I have been using Opal for around 4 months now and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to be more mindful of their screen time Mains jointes The road is long to break this bad phone habit, and Opal is a great companion alongside you to help with that! That's a gem of an app 😉 Opal has been very helpful in helping me reduce my screen time and create better habits in my life 🙏 It's not about being culprit of your screen time, but be more mindful of it, and that's an important difference!
