I've been using the vendor management features for a while, and they've been very helpful in helping us identify wasteful spending! Great product.
Diego Zaks

Very happy Ramp customer. Can't wait to see what new features they build out from here!

Thank you @nickabouzeid Hi Product Hunt, head of design at Ramp here! I am one of the main contributors to SaaS creep at Ramp πŸ™€. My team is always looking for ways to make the design process easier and more efficient, usually trying out new tools and Figma plugins. While only a few $$ each, they add up quickly. With Ramp, we all can have subscription specific cards and a single view of all our team's subscriptions. I know when the next payment for that plugin we used once that kind-of worked will be, and I can take care of canceling it before I've paid for another month. The design team at Ramp is very excited to share this new feature with the PH community.
Deepak Chhugani
This is awesome. I consider myself a very diligent founder when it comes to our finances and constantly am surprised by how SaaS bills keep piling up, both with new vendors, and increasing bills with existing vendors as we scale our teams. Having visibility on this is very valuable to keep understanding our burn rate and identifying wasteful spend. Love this feature - Ramp is amazing! Happy customer here.
Eric Glyman
@dchhugani Really happy to hear β€” inspired by seeing how you’ve kept growing Nuvocargo.com incredibly rapidly, and glad this is helpful. Anything you need, please let me know!
Marc Atiyeh
I’ve been using Ramp for quite some time. So good to feel in control of your spend and get rid of redundant vendors.
Eric Glyman
@marc_atiyeh Your support since the beginning has meant a ton β€” thank you for the kind words and taking a chance on us from the start

@diegozaks1 is right - SaaS creep is real. Companies spend billions on software each year and the average business using Ramp is managing hundreds of subscriptions at once. What's worse - on average, 38% of software licenses are inactive each month. With Ramp, you can now track and manage payments to all vendors across your company. Our customers can now not only track spend, but also predict and control spend before it happens. - πŸ“Š See and predict your spend. Ramp will automatically identify all vendors and contract owners in one place, notify you when the next payment is due, and track how much has been spent with each vendor over time. - 🀝 Streamline purchasing. Ramp centralizes all requests and approvals for new vendors, eliminating "shadow IT" while empowering people to add the services they need in a simplified, controlled way - all from Slack. - πŸ’Έ Stop wasting money. Ramps makes it easy to spot any duplicate or overlapping spending, and set limits or rules to control new vendors. Ramp helps you save even more by finding better deals for the vendors you already use, automatically. We’re super excited to launch with the Product Hunt community, and are happy to answer any questions or feedback you may have. Do not hesitate to ping any of us on here or at hello@ramp.com - and feel free to share ideas you have around how your companies can save more and be more financially responsible

Ramp's reporting features were already amazing, but this brings it to the next level. It's helped us identify a few unused SaaS vendors already!
Diego Zaks
thank you @yunyu that's what we love to hear! Glad you're enjoying it and cutting some waste.
Brittany Joiner {Britt the Builder}

AHHHHHH GO RAMP. To be clear, I will do this for every single one of Ramp's announcements, but vendor management is also really cool. Founders: If you have need an extra opinion on what corporate credit card to use, I will personally give you my phone number so we can chat about Ramp. (full disclosure: they are NOT paying me but I'm still waiting for my t-shirt)
Diego Zaks
@vcguidehq new swag in two weeks. Stay tuned, I'm going to hook you up.
Eric Glyman
@vcguidehq @diegozaks1 You just wait! And thank you so much <3
Nick Greenfield
Would you rather get 1-1.5% cash back with Amex or 5%+ with Ramp? Easy decision.
Diego Zaks
Couldn't agree more @nick_greenfield1 ! Points are a scam.
