@muhammadib Interesting problem statement. Managing anxiety is the need of an hour and simple objective ways to do so are difficult. Tried to get the app from the App Store but wasn’t able to. Is the app not available for users in India?

@li_ma9 yes it does! One of the superpowers I see is as a user continues to use it, it can draw out patterns that might not be obvious and provide recommendations on how to solve them!

I love how it’s simple yet comforting enough that you feel like you can rant it out.
Also the chat prompts help a lot in terms of putting your thoughts in words. Starting from scratch is always what created a blocker for me. Having those prompts for each text helped a lot.

Yeah I agree, I've started trying to make sure the core value is rock solid because I feel gamification can only build on top of that, but as I'm seeing good retention will definitely start exploring this. So far the main thing in this arena I've added is streaks. Would love to know any other specific examples you've seen be effective!
