Front's cool too

We tried HelpScount, Inbox then found Front, and Inbox seemed to be the leanest in terms of features, much more like HelpScout than Front, but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of features. Front was a better fit at least for us

@arush and @brackin, thanks. Inbox is a free product. Our purpose was to build a very lean, easy to use email collaboration tool that we ourselves would love to use. Front and Helpscout are great products, but I don’t feel we are competing with them.

This looks very useful—going to get signed up in a moment to try it out—but I wanted to point out that the site has a few readability issues on larger screens. On the homepage, I can't read the text under the Start button (http://d.pr/i/nmPo) and likewise the nav button for Help is obscured by the image background (http://d.pr/i/1cMSo). Gets better if I resize my browser window to be smaller, but at full screen it looks like it does in the screenshots, and I don't have an unusually large display. Eager to try this out :)

Beautiful interface, but also extremely intuitive for working in fast pace environments. Really takes a modern approach to problem solving that many other apps forget: keep it stupid simple!

Good but also do check out http://www.keeping.com that brings collaboration directing to Gmail/Google App
