Messaging is a fundamentally new experience, built on top of Sunshine Conversations, it harnesses the power of conversation portability and lets you stay engaged across all connected channels. This release also introduces some exciting new capabilities to Answer Bot with Flow Builder: a click-to-configure, tool allowing admins to easily build engaging conversational experiences for Zendesk messaging and social channels without writing a single line of code.
