Definitely upgrading to the premium version and encouraging the team to get on it. Occasionally it can't find any insight on a person, but most of the time it pays off huge. It discovered an article that a prospect wrote which was the perfect entry point to start a conversation. I didn't have to go to google , it brought the information straight into outreach for me.
