Please RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION and save your money. This product is a disaster with endless glitches and their customer service is HORRIBLE after you are locked into a year contract you've pre-paid for. I don't even understand how this company is still in business.

Great for brainstorming, but simply awesome for the next stage, when the sitemap needs to be more formalized. You'll get enough structure to have control and overview, while still being free enough to move things around and do things "your way". Really easy to use, not overwhelming like other tools can be. The free plan can feel a bit limited, but enough to get started. The pro plan is great, but the price step up to the team plan is a bit steep when you're a small team (1-3 people), I must say.

Story mapping is the most massively useful technique I know for visualising any sort of project or process. I’ve been using StoriesOnBoard for over 6 years now, and I couldn’t imagine a better, more user-friendly tool (and it kept improving all the time!)
