Big fan of Airtable. We use it at Weekend Fund to manage our CRM of founders, LPs, etc. and pipeline of companies we're speaking with.
There are purpose-built CRMs for similar use cases but I like that Airtable is generalized and flexible to adapt to our needs. It also has several integrations that trigger automations (via Zapier) for various workflows.
Congrats Dopt team!
We use Dopt for our product tours, it's awesome:
- Really easy to implement
- Gives huge control to non-technical team members to change content, etc.
- Literally the only product we found that gave us the ability to build an experience that felt entirely like our own product
Highly recommend
We built our own onboarding tours last year because the no-code tools didn’t give us enough flexibility to build what we wanted to, but it ended up being way more work than we expected. Excited to check this out!
Dopt's a fantastic product + team! We were searching for a solution to product tours and nothing fit the bill until we came across Dopt - and it's only gotten better since then
I LOVE Dopt. I've been using it for mission critical onboarding steps to guide musicians on my platform through the syncing of social and streaming platforms. Dopt allows me to track the progress of each of user, prompt them to complete the next steps, and surface errors when something fails. I haven't used the pre-built components yet but am itching to do so!
We were looking for a tool to help us ship onboarding flows quickly — and we needed it to feel like a part of our product. That felt impossible to find until Dopt came around.
You can tell this product is built by folks who know growth + onboarding.
Congrats on the launch!
We've been using one of those no code product tour solutions to onboard users into our product and new features and we're always so frustrated how inflexible they are. And so often they don't work because we actually need a developer to create a hook so the "no code" solution works. We've been on our way to find a replacement and finally tried Dopt recently. What a relieve to be able to actually do the onboarding we want, instead of having to compromise on the quality of it to fit the limitations of the tool.
Now I as a PM can design the tour in Dopt, get a reveiw from the team and a developer implements it in no time! Initially I was a bit worried about making developers a blocker for shipping new flows into our product, but it cerainly hasn't been a problem so far.
Would recommend to a friend!
Congrats Dopt! Makes so much sense to have a developer-friendly approach to building and optimizing onboarding flows.
The choice we face today is so frustrating! Either take a lot of good product and UX thinking and retrofit them into the tools that are out there which are great but way too one-size-fits-all. Or ask engineering to build it all from scratch (ugh). Hopefully, Dopt can be the happy path between them.
We are using Dopt to enable self service onboarding in a data and analytics rich product. It allows us to build native experiences, we found it to be way more contextually helpful to our users than many of the other solutions that we looked at. It took minutes for our dev team to get started using and building tours.
The slack community and support we received was also top notch! Highly recommend the product and the team!
I wish you had launched this a few weeks ago 😅
My team spent more than a week building the onboarding process from scratch and it's still nowhere close to what you have built.
Kudos @alonbartur for building this fantastic product! 🚀
