Generally, all of us want software and their creators to be successful here on PH, and will use up much goodwill to help them. So when an app experience is not great, you always give the creator lots of time and opportunity to sort it, and we expect little then except for some energy on their part.
fast audio to text. flexible between raw text, pdfs, or website pages!
user interface takes a bit to get used to... and i would prefer to have an interactive transcript WHILE the text is being read allowed. also would prefer if it could overlay the website so i could read along with the audio.
I recently discovered audioread and it has been a game changer for me. I often come across interesting articles that I want to read, but don't have the time or patience to sit down and read them. With audioread, I can simply listen to the articles while doing tasks that don't require active listening, like cleaning or driving. It's super helpful and has allowed me to consume more content in a way that fits my busy lifestyle. Highly recommend!
Awesome product! Thanks so much. I don't know if it's just me or do anyone else experience problems regarding to reading articles behind paywalls? If yes, do we have a roadmap for this feature if we grant access of the paid account to Audiblogs?
This is brilliant. I use Google Assistant to read articles to me and it is great when it works. Problem is it only works about 20% of the time. It won't read paywalled content. It will read non-paywalled content half the time. I love that it is available right in my podcast player with the speed and silence suppression settings I already like.
I am looking forward to an Android helper and PDF support. I often get long PDFs and they are awful to read because they mimic a printed page.
