To say my Bit Form experience is frustrating is an understatement. In trying to set up a form that will go live at a certain time, I noticed in testing that the date/time I set for go-live is not aligned with the actual setting. (i.e., I want a go live for 11/1/24 at 10 am and whenever I test the form, it's telling me it goes live at 11/2/24; I've ensured Wordpress is set to the correct time zone on my end)
Solving this problem has been stress-inducing, to say the least. There's no customer service number, so for 10 days now, I've been going back and forth with someone on email. They sent me a screenshot this morning to show me the account they're referencing and it's the WRONG ONE. All that time wasted when I could have used another vendor. And they still have not solved my issue for a form I need to go live in less than 48 hours. Glitchy product with TERRIBLE support. Am currently looking for another option and will never use Bit Form again.
